Great fresh cocktail inspired by a bar in the old town of Geneva. Playing off of the fresh Swiss apricots and peaches, this clear drink packs a punch of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz London Dry Gin (Tanqueray)
  • 1 oz RinQuinQuin á la Pêche Apéritif (peach liqueur)
  • 1 oz Apricot black tea syrup
  • ½ oz Lavender water
  • ¼ oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ oz Simple syrup, 2:1 sugar to water
  • Tonic water

Instructions

  • Shake and strain into a highball with fresh ice
  • Top with tonic water and stir once

Apricot Black Tea Syrup

  • Steep tea and strain and then add equal parts sugar
