Great fresh cocktail inspired by a bar in the old town of Geneva. Playing off of the fresh Swiss apricots and peaches, this clear drink packs a punch of flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 oz London Dry Gin (Tanqueray)
- 1 oz RinQuinQuin á la Pêche Apéritif (peach liqueur)
- 1 oz Apricot black tea syrup
- ½ oz Lavender water
- ¼ oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ oz Simple syrup, 2:1 sugar to water
- Tonic water
Instructions
- Shake and strain into a highball with fresh ice
- Top with tonic water and stir once

- Steep tea and strain and then add equal parts sugar
